By default McAfee subscription get
automatically renewed so that your system remains secure. But in case, you do
not want to continue with the same product or you don’t want to get charged for
subscription renewal without your prior knowledge then you can turn off
auto-renewal.
Note: If you are already charged for
the subscription and you want to cancel it then contact our customer care

• Go to McAfee home page and click on
My Account and then click Sign in.
• Now type your registered email and
password, then click Log in.
• Then hover your mouse over My
Account and select Auto-Renewal settings.
• Check your “Uninterrupted
Protection” screen to see if auto-renewal is turn on or not.
• To turn off the auto-renewal of
your product, change the On/Off toggle from On to Off.
• Check all available option and if
you are sure you want to disable it, click Turn off.
• You need to confirm your action by
clicking “Yes, Turn it off”.
If in case, you changed your mind
later on then you can turn it on back again with the help of our technicians by
